THRA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,791 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-898P, LAP3P2, and TMEM237. Each is linked with THRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRA-to-partner and partner-to-THRA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-898P grouped by THRA-low versus THRA-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→THRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
