THRA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,763 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSL1, RARA, and MED24. Each is linked with THRA in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRA-to-partner and partner-to-THRA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THRA versus MSL1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→THRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
