The most reproducible THRA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Thyroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of thyroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of thyroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with THRA in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRA-to-partner and partner-to-THRA results are reported.
