Across TCGA cell cohorts, THRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTH, HTR1E, and HSFY2. Each is linked with THRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRA-to-partner and partner-to-THRA results are reported.
