THOC7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THOC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,122 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CACYBP, IRF4, and UBE2J1. Each is linked with THOC7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC7-to-partner and partner-to-THOC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THOC7 versus CACYBP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
