THOC7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THOC7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,866 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are THOC2, THOC1, and METTL4. Each is linked with THOC7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC7-to-partner and partner-to-THOC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THOC7 versus THOC2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
