THOC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THOC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, RNA5SP414, and RNVU1-19. Each is linked with THOC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC7-to-partner and partner-to-THOC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6803 grouped by THOC7-low versus THOC7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
