Across TCGA patient cohorts, THOC7 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Adipocytes. Each is linked with THOC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC7-to-partner and partner-to-THOC7 results are reported.
