THOC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THOC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,189 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOT2, MRPS34, and NUBP2. Each is linked with THOC6 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC6-to-partner and partner-to-THOC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THOC6 versus RHOT2 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
