THOC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THOC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,882 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRCC5, CPSF3, and XRCC6. Each is linked with THOC5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC5-to-partner and partner-to-THOC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THOC5 versus XRCC5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
