Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THOC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,557 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THOC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBL, PDCD2L, and UTP14A. Each is linked with THOC5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC5-to-partner and partner-to-THOC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THOC5 versus FBL in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
