THOC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THOC5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, MEK1, and p70-S6K. Each is linked with THOC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC5-to-partner and partner-to-THOC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by THOC5-low versus THOC5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
