THOC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THOC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,796 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFP62, GMPS, and EXO1. Each is linked with THOC3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC3-to-partner and partner-to-THOC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THOC3 versus ZFP62 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
