THOC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THOC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL6A5, OR2M4, and GPR148. Each is linked with THOC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC1-to-partner and partner-to-THOC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COL6A5 grouped by THOC1-low versus THOC1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
