Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, THNSL2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated THNSL2 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher THNSL2 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated THNSL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, PRAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where THNSL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
