THNSL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THNSL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,716 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THNSL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QPRT, SH3BP1, and IAH1. Each is linked with THNSL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THNSL2-to-partner and partner-to-THNSL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THNSL2 versus QPRT in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THNSL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→THNSL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
