THNSL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THNSL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,621 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THNSL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTRK2, ADCY9, and PLCXD3. Each is linked with THNSL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THNSL2-to-partner and partner-to-THNSL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THNSL2 versus NTRK2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THNSL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→THNSL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
