Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, THG1L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated THG1L data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher THG1L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated THG1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, PRAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where THG1L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
