THG1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THG1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,695 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THG1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GEMIN5, NPM1, and NOP16. Each is linked with THG1L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THG1L-to-partner and partner-to-THG1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THG1L versus GEMIN5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THG1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→THG1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
