Across TCGA patient cohorts, THG1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,989 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THG1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM1, NOP16, and RUFY1. Each is linked with THG1L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THG1L-to-partner and partner-to-THG1L results are reported.
