THG1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THG1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 246 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THG1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1207P, RNVU1-17, and MIR5583-1. Each is linked with THG1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THG1L-to-partner and partner-to-THG1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1207P grouped by THG1L-low versus THG1L-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THG1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→THG1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
