Across TCGA cell cohorts, THG1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,016 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THG1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA 5'-end processing, RNA 5'-end processing, and Mitochondrial translation. Each is linked with THG1L in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THG1L-to-partner and partner-to-THG1L results are reported.
