THEMIS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEMIS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,432 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEMIS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-908P, RPS15AP32, and DEFB132. Each is linked with THEMIS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEMIS2-to-partner and partner-to-THEMIS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-908P grouped by THEMIS2-low versus THEMIS2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEMIS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEMIS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
