Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEMIS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,394 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THEMIS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD48, CORO1A, and COTL1. Each is linked with THEMIS in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEMIS-to-partner and partner-to-THEMIS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THEMIS versus CD48 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEMIS→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEMIS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
