THEMIS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEMIS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,709 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEMIS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS1BP6, HSPE1P16, and MED28P4. Each is linked with THEMIS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEMIS-to-partner and partner-to-THEMIS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CKS1BP6 grouped by THEMIS-low versus THEMIS-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEMIS→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEMIS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
