THEMIS

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEMIS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEMIS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, HER3_pY1289, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with THEMIS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEMIS-to-partner and partner-to-THEMIS results are reported.
