Across TCGA cell cohorts, THEMIS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,689 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEMIS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of centrosome duplication, Positive regulation of DNA biosynthetic process, and Nuclear division. Each is linked with THEMIS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEMIS-to-partner and partner-to-THEMIS results are reported.
