THEMIS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THEMIS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 744 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEMIS-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5orf52, SPRR3, and TEX55. Each is linked with THEMIS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEMIS-to-partner and partner-to-THEMIS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C5orf52 grouped by THEMIS-low versus THEMIS-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEMIS→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEMIS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
