Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, THEM6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated THEM6 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher THEM6 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated THEM6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.

CCRCC, GBM, and PDAC are the cancer types where THEM6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
