THEM5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEM5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Shc_pY317, ERK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with THEM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEM5-to-partner and partner-to-THEM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
