THEM5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THEM5 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,951 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRD1, CDH20, and TMC5. Each is linked with THEM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEM5-to-partner and partner-to-THEM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
