THBS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THBS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,556 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THBS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, MAP1A_S1218, and CAMSAP2. Each is linked with THBS3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THBS3-to-partner and partner-to-THBS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THBS3 versus MAP1A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THBS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→THBS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
