THBS3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THBS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,372 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THBS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, PCOLCE, and FN1. Each is linked with THBS3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THBS3-to-partner and partner-to-THBS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THBS3 versus MYL9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THBS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→THBS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
