THBS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THBS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,255 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THBS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYPL1P1, NDUFC1, and SH3BGRL3. Each is linked with THBS3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THBS3-to-partner and partner-to-THBS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYPL1P1 grouped by THBS3-low versus THBS3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THBS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→THBS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
