Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THBS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,843 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THBS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTN1, AEBP1, and CLEC3B. Each is linked with THBS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THBS1-to-partner and partner-to-THBS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THBS1 versus ACTN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THBS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THBS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
