THBS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THBS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,029 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THBS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FN1, P4HA3, and COL12A1. Each is linked with THBS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THBS1-to-partner and partner-to-THBS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THBS1 versus FN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THBS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THBS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
