Across TCGA patient cohorts, THBS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THBS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, mTOR_pS2448, and Notch1. Each is linked with THBS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THBS1-to-partner and partner-to-THBS1 results are reported.
