THBS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THBS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 153 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THBS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAGE1, TBPL2, and WNT1. Each is linked with THBS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THBS1-to-partner and partner-to-THBS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CAGE1 grouped by THBS1-low versus THBS1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THBS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THBS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
