THBD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THBD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,755 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THBD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are F13A1, BICD2, and CAV1. Each is linked with THBD in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THBD-to-partner and partner-to-THBD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THBD versus F13A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THBD→partner) and Y-score (partner→THBD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
