THBD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THBD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,398 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THBD-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLCCI1, SERPINE1, and LOX. Each is linked with THBD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THBD-to-partner and partner-to-THBD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THBD versus GLCCI1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THBD→partner) and Y-score (partner→THBD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
