The most reproducible THBD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Blood coagulation, common pathway, Gastrulation, and Biological process involved in interaction with host. Each is linked with THBD in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THBD-to-partner and partner-to-THBD results are reported.
