THBD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THBD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 342 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THBD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE9, GCAT, and KCTD17. Each is linked with THBD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THBD-to-partner and partner-to-THBD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE9 grouped by THBD-low versus THBD-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THBD→partner) and Y-score (partner→THBD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
