THAP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6870, MIR6839, and GIMAP1-GIMAP5. Each is linked with THAP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP8-to-partner and partner-to-THAP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6870 grouped by THAP8-low versus THAP8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
