Across TCGA cell cohorts, THAP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,902 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoskeleton-dependent cytokinesis, Cytokinesis, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with THAP8 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP8-to-partner and partner-to-THAP8 results are reported.
