THAP7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,655 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUSD3, INSYN2B, and TRBC2. Each is linked with THAP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP7-to-partner and partner-to-THAP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
