THAP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,268 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, PPIF, and YTHDC1. Each is linked with THAP6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP6-to-partner and partner-to-THAP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THAP6 versus RPL7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
