THAP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 940 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAQP9, MIR670, and ZNF736P7Y. Each is linked with THAP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP6-to-partner and partner-to-THAP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YWHAQP9 grouped by THAP6-low versus THAP6-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
