Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,992 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, MEPCE, and TRIM24. Each is linked with THAP5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP5-to-partner and partner-to-THAP5 results are reported.
