THAP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,457 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND3P1, LINC01789, and MIR5092. Each is linked with THAP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP5-to-partner and partner-to-THAP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND3P1 grouped by THAP5-low versus THAP5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
