THAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,399 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB1P12, MIR4753, and RN7SL678P. Each is linked with THAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP3-to-partner and partner-to-THAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB1P12 grouped by THAP3-low versus THAP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
